Sands Of Time

If time missed were sand,
Then here is your desert.
You, an oasis to this dry man.
And, giving cooling to this land.

Fighting Through The Tempest

Like a boat tossed on the sea,
Is the love i feel for thee.
At any moment it can brew a storm,
Then the next be so peaceful.
The waves of time
Changes the course we take.
The winds of feeling
Moves me further to thee;
Steadily through this unfathomable sea.

Reaping

So close, but a million miles away.
Let go and see how it'll end.
Trust and trust alone
Is what I'm going to say.
Something natural; however you unwanting to lend,
I'm sorry but you reap what you've sown.

Pseudo

You say you changed,
But your still the same.
You say those things
To receive pleasings.
For your ears to hear,
But no truth appears.

Perfection is a lonely word.
Something thought of but un-transferred.
truly are idle and thinking there's action,
But longing to be liked is your distraction.
Stop trying, longing, and wanting,
And start doing, thinking, and achieving.

In A Market Grimly Sent

This supermarket is dirty;
Full of rotten things.
People steal and cheat.
The carts used to help,
Have broken wheels with only three.
For those who shop, never buy.
And those who buy, can't leave.
Am I in the first or the latter?
Does it matter? I think not.
Either way we all are stuck.
In this market until the doors unlocked.
Should i cash out with the checker,
But making change is impossible.

Blah Blah Blah

You speak many words,
But don't say very much.
That mouth of yours
Moves at an incredible pace.

STOP, and SLOW!

Think of the time wasted.
Of the moments stolen,
From a coherent thought.
You must try to

STOP, and SLOW!

Let time birth new thinking,
And new thinking to change.
Oh, how much we change
without the cause for movement.

Stop, and Slow
Think,
Change,
Then move.

26 Weeks

Time flies,
As light to eyes.
And even now,
I question how
God has placed you
In my path.

Smiles shared,
As feelings compared.
We'll grow more
Then ever before.
And be thankful,
of moments pasted.

8 o'clock

Who is to say what time is?
When we go, stay, live, and die.
Forever is short and long,
At the same time.

Can we choose our life?
I want a change of occupation.
If sadness were hours,
Then this would be an eternity.

Life is but a speck of dirt
Upon the basement tv set.
We feel we can beat time,
But time slowly ticks on.

Current

Swash, splash, swish, swim.
Breathe, swallow, then breathe again.
The water drags you in.
Swash, splash, swish, swim.
Up, down, water, sky blend.
Not knowing when it'll end.

Cycles of Life

Spring sings of great things;
New birth and memories lost or forgotten.

Fall shows the true colors
Of love and pain together all of the same.

Winter breathes it's cold breath;
No shoulder to cry on and frozen from tears.

Summer shines it's warmth back;
True love is found and the rest is all anew.

Like A Tulip

Soft to the touch and eyes.
Complicated for most,
But the reward is just.
When dealing, one must be wise.

Warms me like the sun.
Makes my hair stand on end.
That touch, my broken heart mend.
It's a feeling compared to none.

Intruder

Almost a week and your still going.
No word, no sound, not even a breath.
Are you in the midst of the darkness?
Or have you gone for quite some time now?
Dare I say, were you even here in the beginning?
Three questions deserve an answer,
But likely no response.
I have searched for endless days,
But that key is sure not to be found.
So I broke down your hearts door.
Now I fear something more then not being loved.
In the light produced by truth
I'm seen as unwanted, a intruder.

Nature Sings

One chases the other.
Head to toe,
It's where to go.
Follow, like a baby with his mother.
Two birds race through the air.
An example of how you are fair.

Transparent if sought,
Yet water shields you.
Jump! then the world can view.
A fish swims within a lake.
An example of you without mistake.

As if a distant call,
I listen hearing no one.
Minds play tricks on some.
No, you are here around all.
Birds, fish you are not far;
Nature sings who you are.

Birth-Stone

Hard to the touch, and it's surface rough.
The needs or wants? Those who think they know, do not.
Singing a broken hallelujah, Only thinking of mine is i miss ya.

Noise

There it is no matter where.
Someone yelling, to scream is much.
The world runs as such,
Movement sparks the noise.

There it is even in silence.
Soft in speak, but there even more,
It's a quiet roar.
Movement sparks the noise.

There it is in the thoughts.
Stirs the mind, by condescending eyes;
Planting thought and forming lies.
Movement sparks the noise.

There it is consistently sounding.
Creating noise moving forever,
Longing for an end, it'll never.
Movement sparks the noise.
